About Julia Virginia Win

Julia is a recycled and mixed media artist, residing in Metuchen, NJ. Julia is an avid upcycler and is passionate about the creative reuse of materials. In 2023, she was the winner of the Middlesex County Mural Design contest. Julia currently has five public art displays in Metuchen, Highland Park, South Amboy and Princeton.
